Cookie policy
Coursio uses as few cookies as possible. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Last updated: 2026-07-26
Not yet commercially operated
Coursio is in development and is not yet offered as a paid service, so the identification details required by Spanish LSSI-CE art. 10 do not yet apply. For any privacy or data protection question, write to [email protected] and we will reply.
Why you see no banner
Spanish LSSI-CE art. 22.2 requires prior consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. The only ones we use are the session cookie, essential to keep you signed in, and the language cookie, which remembers your preference. Both are exempt, so asking for consent would be an empty formality. The day we add analytics, there will be a banner.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token / __Secure-authjs.session-token | Keep you signed in after login | Technical (necessary) | Until you sign out |
| NEXT_LOCALE, hl | Remember the language you chose | Functional | 1 year |
Third-party cookies
When a student pays for a course, the payment completes on a page hosted by Stripe. Any cookies Stripe sets on its own domain are governed by its privacy policy, not this one.
How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to stay signed in and the service will not work.
This text was written from what the application actually does: the fields in the data model, the cookies it sets and the third parties that are wired up. It is not a substitute for professional review before trading commercially.
